EMF, Evaporated Metal Films, of Ithaca NY, had a need. They were looking for large, solvent resistant plastic devices, used in their optics manufacturing process. Working with their Engineers, Finger Lakes 3D identified materials able to withstand a variety of solvents and our large format printers were able to manufacture these parts. Large parts over 9 inches in diameter were no problem. FLX3D can print up to 17 inch parts on our custom designed FFF Printers.
